Description of Practice

Working together isn’t always easy. One of the key organizational lessons is that individuals are far more likely to effectively work together if they have meaningful participation in figuring out where they are going. The most effective organizations learn how to harness and focus all the smarts and goodwill within its stakeholders to move everyone forward.

Approach

I am a neutral facilitator guiding the process for disputants to explore interest-based solutions to their conflicts. My intent is provide a safe, constructive environment for individuals to tell their stories and create a shared path toward resolution.

Fees

$75 per hour for time in facilitation and mediation. $30 per hour for preparation and travel. Travel expenses at $0.50/mile.

Other Information

Served as a facilitator for coalitions and boards in strategic planning, problem solving and team building.
