Approach

In mediation, the parties speak for themselves and make decisions for themselves. My role as the mediator is to help them have an informed conversation and make intelligent decisions using all the available facts and legal information.

Fees

All work performed on an hourly basis. Generally will have fixed cost orientation session unless circumstances warrant otherwise.
