Description of Practice

Charles “Chuck” Hill is a retired University of California administrator. Chuck is a TN Supreme Court “Rule 31” listed mediator and TAPM member. His speciality is family mediation including visitation, custody, parenting plans, divorce and divorce modification; as well as civil, copyright, and intellectual property disputes. He is Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC)

Professional Background

Prior to becoming a mediator, I was a Human Resources Generalist, Director, and finally V.P. in the Healthcare industry. I also directed Labor Relations and worked closely with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS).

I have completed over 340 Civil, Landlord/Tenant, Divorce, Divorce Modification, Visitation, Community, and other cases.
