Approach

If the parties to a dispute want to find a solution, mediation is the mature collaborative process I enjoy managing to a meaningful resolutionl. This enables the parties to move on with their lives and leave the stifling morass of what happened, why, and what could I have done to avoid this mess, behind.

Fees

I charge $3000.00 for each day spent conducting a mediation conference, plus expenses.
