Description of Practice

This Mediator is Certified
I have over 30 years experience as a litigator and mediator. I currently focus on helping individuals resolve their family disputes without going through the adversarial court process. I mediate agreements for divorce, separation, spousal support, child support, parenting plans,inter-family disputes and elder transitions. I also mediate and review pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

In addition, I coach individuals on the options and the process for getting a divorce in Massachusetts, including individuals who wish to represent themselves in family law matters with minimal assistance of an attorney. I also facilitate the resolution of disputes among work, community and neighborhood groups.
