Consider if mediation is right for you. Before filing a Complaint for Divorce, or other court filing, you can explore whether a fair resolution may be negotiated. Even if you have already filed papers with the court, or retained an attorney, mediation can help facilitate an agreement between you and the other party.
It is important for individuals to trust their mediator, and Virginia, works hard to earn yours. She wants you to feel comfortable and cared about. You are not just another client on the clock. You are individuals with real problems who have come to her to help work through them. It is not a responsibility she takes lightly.
