Having been through a divorce, I understand the difficult decisions parties face. Questions such as where will I live, where will I work, where will my children go, come flooding over you and the process can be overwhelming. My goal in mediating or arbitrating is to help the parties move along swiftly, efficiently and with dignity all while keeping costs down. It is important to me when mediating that the parties are satisfied with the process and feel that a fair agreement has been reached.
