Approach

Mediation is a facilitated process in which the mediator helps the parties define issues that need to be addressed & design their own resolutions. The mediator adapts the mediation process to the parties needs, addressing dynamics of high conflict, complex issues & resistance. The end product of mediation is a written agreement documenting agreements reached which can be incorporated into court orders.

Fees

$150.00 per hour, usually divided equally between the parties (ie.$75.00 per party per hour). One time charge for intake of $90.00 per party, with no hourly charge for intake. Other arrangements can be made in specific cases. Co-mediation is available for an additional charge. Additional fees may apply in multiple party or large group mediations. Fees are payable at the time of each session and generally no retainer is taken. Fees for training are negotiated with contracting agency.

Other Information

Resolution Resources is the oldest mediaton and mediation training organization in Southern Colorado. Mike Maday and other RRC mediators have more experience as mediators and trainers in their specialties than anyone in the region.
