Most conflict occurs because people do not believe they have been heard and understood. A Mediator is a neutral third party, someone who has no dog in the fight, that sits down with the conflicted parties and helps facilitate their conversation. All sides are heard, better understood, and the parties can work side by side, focusing on the problem and how they can solve it together.
